“I hired C.A. Solutions to project manage my condo renovation and that was one of the smartest decisions I’ve ever made.  While I loved that the 3BR/2BA unit - it offered lots of natural light with 15+ windows - still it felt dark and constricted. There were dark cherry cabinets with black counter tops in the kitchen, and a closet for the washer/dryer located next to the pantry which was equipped with wire shelving.  The living room/dining area was compromised by a corner-set gas fireplace which took up too much space. The bathrooms were dated with beige tile floors and the same cherry vanities with black counter tops.   

Soon into the project, C.A. Solutions began to offer great design ideas to create an open, light-filled space with contemporary touches throughout.  The kitchen was transformed by painting the cabinets, changing the counter tops and adding new appliances.  The washer/dryer closet became a beverage station and the pantry was re-worked with built in shelves.  That wall has been covered with slats and includes a hidden pantry door.  It’s amazing!    One of the bedrooms became a den with built-in’s where the closet had been located, crown molding added and a rich mono-chromatic color throughout - giving it the feel of a library.  The bathrooms were also updated with new tile floors, removing a tub in one and adding a shower, and relocating the shower plumbing in the primary bath add a glass half-wall.  The floors were refinished to reflect their natural color which also lightened up the entire space.

Thanks to C.A. Solutions’ guidance and design ideas, the end result is simply fabulous. They worked hand-in-hand with my contractor and my condo was transformed into one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever seen. I would recommend this team for any project!

Living in this beautiful ocean front property for 25+ years has been a dream come true for both my husband and myself. From the beginning, we “lived in” the house and made it comfortable for our family life style and our guests.

Enter my desire to make changes in the primary bathroom. With a total remodel needed, I knew that experienced help was necessary. Since I knew both Chrissy and Alysia through friends, there was no hesitation to contact them and do this design together.
